The required minimum share capital for a Lithuanian UAB​ is EUR 2500, for a Latvian SIA is EUR 2800 and for an Estonian OÜ is EUR 2500.
There are two ways of registering a limited company, one is to register a brand new company and the other one is to buy an existing company already set up without going through all the required incorporation steps, the latter is usually the preferred option by foreigners as it is the simplest and quickest way to avail of a fully fledged working company ready to operate.
